The website provides general information about residential architecture, design process, planning, budgets, timing and project decisions. It is not architectural, planning, building, engineering, legal, financial or other advice for a particular property or person.
No professional engagement.
An email, phone call, website enquiry or initial discussion does not by itself create an architect-client relationship or require the studio to accept a project. Scope, responsibilities, fees, timing and project terms are confirmed only in a written agreement.
Costs, timing and approvals.
Costs, fees, timeframes, approval pathways and construction information are indicative and may change. Actual outcomes depend on the site, brief, existing conditions, scope, consultants, authorities, market conditions, builder input and decisions made during the project.
Projects and design studies.
Project status is stated on the relevant page. A concept, study or in-development project should not be read as completed construction. Information may be simplified to explain the design question.
Copyright and permitted use.
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, written material, graphics and project material are owned by or licensed to benssur Architects. Material must not be reproduced, adapted, published, sold or used for another design, project or commercial purpose without written permission.
