Melbourne and Victoria are the main focus, especially residential renovations, house extensions, custom homes, feasibility studies, planning permit support and design documentation for private clients.
Project Setup
Distance, approval pathways, consultant availability and the amount of site work all affect how a project should be run. We confirm the practical setup before design work begins.

The strongest fit is a client who wants design decisions tested and explained before committing to drawings, pricing or construction. The process suits homes where site, planning, budget, family life and design quality need to be considered together.
Interstate Work
We undertake projects in Sydney and across New South Wales. The approvals, consultant team, site involvement and coordination plan are established for the needs of each commission.

Selected projects outside the listed areas are considered when the brief, consultant setup and travel requirements fit the studio.
